Lunar New Year is often called “Spring Holiday” in Mandarin because the passing of the new year in the lunar calendar signals the coming of Spring. I am so ready for it. All this excitement, hope, and anticipation for the new year is held in the small details of our Lunar New Year meals and it’s my pleasure to share some of that with you.
