Celebrating the Year of the Snake
Thank you for your interest in our supper club! Due to the very limited amount of seats available, we ask that you book here and give us notice if you are unable to make your reservation for any reason.
Our low key supper club takes place in a private residence in North Seattle. The address will be provided prior to the dinner.
** Our food is prepared in a shared commissary space with other chefs and food vendors. While we exercise care and caution, cross-contamination of food allergens is possible. Please let us know about any food restrictions or allergies. While I’m happy to accommodate most common food restrictions, space limitations, commissary kitchen conditions, and the general nature of the menu may limit my ability to do so.
This year, our 7-course dinner includes good hopes for the new year while cherishing abundance from our past. Each dish features preserved and dried items that carry aged flavors from the past to enhance the fresh, sweet produce of the present.
In certain parts of Taiwan and China, dumplings in the New Year symbolize wealth and abundance. So we’re happy to feature a special menu just for dumplings, which we use as a vessel to interpret some Taiwanese dishes. Click on the dumplings below to see the menu.
A few dishes on these menus will be served family style and seats are limited.
